Welcome to the Oyster Aficionado online course. The course will follow the subjects listed as numbered chapter subjects shown on the left-hand page. The Aficionado Exam will be updated periodically. Each prospective student is encouraged to read all of the chapters and then "take" the exam by sending the answers to the questions to:

Successfull completion of the examination will entitle an individual to receive an Oyster Aficionado Certificate of Achievement. Successful students will be notified by e-mail. The OACA will be sent by snail mail.
